Only come here because of Lithia lifetime oil and I don't want to drive to Medford. The staff is usually very nice and accommodating, but plan on being here at least an hour and a half minimum for oil changes. Also, this hasn't happened with me yet, but almost every time my husband brought his work truck in for service of some kind ( he puts a lot of miles on for work) they would screw something up and a few times he ended up with a rental while they fix their mistakes.

It doesn't matter which Lithia I purchase a vehicle from, they always have excellent sales representatives and always treat the buyer as one could expect, professional. Always willing to go that extra distance to accommodate you and get you the best loan possible. Keep up the excellent job.

Everytime I come in for an oil change, I ask how long will it be so I can manage my time. The service person tells me we can get the car right in. So I go ahead and say yes lets do it, no other services, just an oil change. Once I have signed the papers for them to do the service I ask how long? maybe 15-20 minutes? And they say no more like 45 minutes. 45 minutes to change my oil? I thought these were professionals with the right tools? I can change my oil in 15 minutes. Th...e last time I went in, the service manager said 20 minutes. I agreed and ended up waiting just a little under 3 hrs. Absolute terrible service. If professional oil changers cant bust out these cars in 15 minutes like oil can henrys can, they are complete rookies and have no idea what they are doing or do not care about the customers at all. Very dissapointed every time.

I would like to compliment your service department for their help with our truck when we were passing through Grants Pass. We had a headlight that was way out of adjustment and, though it couldn't be fixed without replacing the entire light, your technician did a temporary fix that allowed us to drive at night. Your service representative, Ken, was so very helpful and considerate. Wish I lived there!! You would be my first choice for service.

My experience with Lithia was great, they were very helpful! Errett was the best salesman I have had the pleasure to do business with as well as the entire Lithia team. My RV broke down and in my time of need they made the process a pleasant one.
