Terrible service. Last time i was told 20 minutes on my oil change only, took a little under 3 hrs. Today im here i was told at 7am that they can get my car right in.. so as im walking to the waiting room i say "so probly 15-20 min?" and he says no, more like 45 it takes a long time to do. I will post again if it is any more than 45 minutes. Oil can henrys can change in 15 minutes. Why cant these professionals do it the same? Its just an oil change in a small jetta. Very displeased.

VERY bad service from their Assistant Service Manager, Wes Fauver. I mid June, 2016 I was personally insulted and called a liar in front of two employees when I returned my improperly repaired Jeep that had the fuel pump replaced. Apparently the mechanic did not install a required gasket or something and a lot of fuel would/will leak out under the gas tank when filled. The manager refused to acknowledge there was a problem and when I mentioned that I just might have to consult an attorney, he told me to get off the property. There a lot more to this story but for sure this service department gets a complete "F" for how I was treated.

I went in offering a 15 thousand dollar down payment with the intention of driving a brand new vehicle off the showroom floor. I was not willing to pay the sticker price but I wasn't asking for a lot off. I was in my army uniform and was at first told I didn't even qualify for the advertised military discount. After straightening that out I was told I wasn't getting any other discounts. I asked if we could talk about the price and the salesman basically had a take it or leave it attitude as if he did not want my business. I have never in my life attempted to buy a car and been treated as if my business wasn't wanted. They also tried to put a 3100 dollar warranty on the jeep. Worst dealership experience of my life.

Very Pleased with the customer service I received ... HOWEVER DON'T TRUST THE DETAIL DEPARTMENT my fiance and I were very dissapointed that our GoPro camera was stolen out of the truck... The detail was sloppy and cigarettes/pot ash and roaches were found in the ash tray when we picked the truck up.. As far as the go pro... they can't help us.. Great salesmen, very polite respectful and far from the typical vulture type.. genuinely enjoyable experience... JUST AVOID THE DETAIL unless you strip your vehicle of any and EVERY personal document and item... Shame..

Best car purchase experience ever! I've never been to a dealership where the salesmen were not like Vultures! This dealership is full of honest hardworking devoted people! From the sales floor to the service department, I've never felt more at home.. Lithia truly treats you like Family! If you have mediocre credit and have ever been turned down at a dealership, MAKE SURE YOU GIVE THESE GUYS A VISIT!!! LITHIA is the dealership to go to if you need an awesome car at an awesome price and AWESOME rate! They have soo many lenders working with them and I bet the new vehicle I just purchased that they'll find the right deal for You! Lithia for life! Everybody takes advantage of you EXCEPT LITHIA! Thank you again sales team and General Manager!

I don't think I have ever experienced something like this before.  In my opinion, a very unprofessional way to conduct business.  I'm at work and my administrative assistant tells me I have a call from Lithia Dodge of Grants Pass OR.  States we have some business.  When I accepted the call, I was put on with a woman named Salina saying she represents Lithia Dodge of Grants Pass.  Bottom line, they are trying to convince me to trade in my truck for an "upgrade".  After I told her I wasn't interested, she continued to ask questions about how many miles I had on my truck; what was the condition of the exterior and again since it was good truck, I could upgrade.  They just wanted me to come in today or tomorrow to work the trade.  Extremely unprofessional means of conducting a cold call trying to get me to trade in my truck.  I'm at work and don't need solicitations from sales people.  My time is very important and if I ever do unload my truck, it won't be with Lithia.  I actually purchased my truck from Verger Dodge of Coos Bay, Oregon.  What a great sales experience I had with them.  Not like the unprofessional dealings I've had with Lithia in the past. Wife and I visited today, had driven up from Crescent City.  Upon arriving one of the sales guys ran after us, and I said 'we got to hit the bathroom first'.  We had driven for 2 hours, and simply needed to visit the bathroom.  Came out, and you would think we were criminals!  This guy with a beard by the front door looked at us like we had three heads.  We looked at a car in the showroom briefly while this guy (beard guy) just stared at us in the most odd way, my wife and I looked at each other and I said 'let's go somewhere else'.  The place really gave me the creeps, and would not visit again - that much is for sure.  Also, the one car we looked at in the showroom was locked.  That is just plain weird.

We took our truck in to get fixed during our trip from the Portland area to Grants Pass because our boost went out, causing our truck to overheat. We dropped it off, and picked it up a day later. The same day we picked it up from Lithia Dodge of Grants Pass, what they fixed for $535 broke and we sat on the side of the road trying to fix it. I called Wes in service, who was awful. He tried to make-up lame reasons why it wasn't there fault, like "it's working, you made it up to Eugene", and "well, there was aftermarket equipment on the truck", and had the nerve to tell me I'd get better customer service if I was "more honey, then vinegar". Appalling. Not only was our truck broken, but our oil dipstick was missing. My husband is a disabled vet, and I am active duty....this isn't how you treat people. Our next stop is the better.

From the moment of the first phone call this place stands out for it's friendly service and no-pressure sales. After feeling beat up at another car dealership the day before, I drove up with my son to look at a particular car that we found on Craigslist. The car was perfect, in pristine condition and the transaction was smoother and more stress-free than with any other car I've purchased in the last 40 years of driving.  Left at the end with handshakes and a hug all around - how often does a car purchase feel like visiting a friend - getting a fair price for my trade in and a fair price to purchase with no tricks or gimmicks. Thanks so much - love my new car.

I went in knowing exactly what I wanted. Ray made the process super quick and easy. Love my car and got a good deal. Everyone there is really nice. Usually at car lots I feel pressured but here they never pressured us. Will definitely be going back whenever I get another vehicle.
