Great service! The process is great and the prices are incredible!!!



I had a 2005 Ford Escape for 12 years and was looking for a new Ford Escape to replace my old one. My daughter had researched the local dealerships in Tennessee where I live and found that Homer Skelton Ford in Olive Branch was offering the best prices close to where I live. My sales person was Levi Bullock and he was very informative and attentive to what I was looking for! He worked with me to get the trade in that I wanted for my 2005 Escape and was very nice. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family!!!!!



I have been on this lot several times and each time I was made to feel less than adequate to purchase a vehicle from them. They would just leave me sitting in an office or not return texts or phone calls. They gave me ridiculous interest rates, they quoted me a very low offer on a trade in they never saw they just assumed it was not worth anything. I made offers on cars and trucks and they never came down on the price at all . I told them I was paying cash and they still did not want to deal with me. I finally was ready to call it quits and never deal with them again. Finally the salesman agreed to my cash price and I brought him the check and got the car. I was asked to do a survey on him way before we were done with the deal. I still have not gotten all of the things I was told would come with the car. I did not get floormats, a second key or a navigation card. I finally gor the info for my tags and got the title and I finally got my refund check. I even spoke to managers and a VP and still not very interested in selling me anything. Very disappointed!!



The Ford Team has an Awesome Service Department. Everytime I go to get my car serviced I know that the service department will do an awesome job. Thanks Ford Team for an Awesome Service Department.

Koray made the process very easy, quick, and fun. He is genuine, personable, knowledgeable, down to earth, and friendly. He answered all of my questions thoroughly. If he did not know an answer he quickly sought it out. I would highly recommend this gentleman for your sales experience. You will not be disappointed. There is absolutely no comparison to my past experiences of shopping an buying a car. All of the data related to the price was transparent. There was no buyer remorse of uncertainty with my purchase. If I were a wealthy man then Koray`s commission would be equal to the automobile price. Ask for him when you visit. I promise that it will be worth your time and effort... A+++... I will definitely seek him out when I trade in my Ford F-150 truck one day. People make an organization, not the fancy buildings, and other stuff. Koray is a definite asset to his organization. His enthusiasm is genuine and real.It is very apparent. Today`s experience was awesome. Everyone that I came in contact with were very professional and nice. Everything is set up to streamline the buying process so that the customer can focus on the vehicle that best serves the needs and wants. The sales team helped me to visualize and find my exact and perfect car. from the vast and diverse inventory. I am very thankful.. Go see Koray before they do anything else. Period.
